Moxy Thoughts

Back before we had kids, I used to make a lot of elaborate meals from inspiring global recipes.  Looking at the pictures of the ingredients and the plates made me so inspired to create my own.  When we were living in England, I couldn’t find my favorite hummus in the stores and so I created a recipe to make my own and we used to eat it constantly.  I used it as a dip, a sauce, and as a healthy alternative to a grain in my salads.

Fast forward 15 years and I still crave that homemade hummus, but lack the time to make anything much more than that recipe.  So, I’m going to share the easiest and tastiest way to make hummus and then create a meal – literally 15 minutes from start to eating!  And, as always, the recipes we create have no sugar or salt, so you can enjoy the great flavors without sacrificing your commitment to your health.

This recipe will work with any one of our Moxy Kitchen Seasoning Mixes, give them a try and let us know which is your favorite?
