Moxy Thoughts

Even when you’re staying healthy and on track, you have to have some easy recipes that make you feel super satisfied, like this Spicy Cinnamon Sweet Potato Chips recipe.  It’s incredibly simple and it requires just a sweet potato and our Moxy Kitchen Spicy Cinnamon Spice Mix.  You can do this in an air fryer or even on the grill, the key is that you slice the sweet potato chips as evenly as possible or they will cook unevenly.

I make a large batch of these and then just seal them up in a zip top bag in the fridge.  They’ll hold for a week and will satisfy your craving for fries or chips.  I love them with our Yucatan Portabella Mushroom ‘burgers’ or tossed with other roasted vegetables for a full meal.   The great thing about these chips is that they contain no salt, no sugar and are easy to fit into a low carb or HCG diet plan.  If you’re not on HCG, use a bit of coconut oil to toss with the Moxy Kitchen Spicy Cinnamon Spice Mix.
